Chances are, my story is like yours and many others. I was born and raised in a less than a perfect family in Seaside, CA.  We didn't have much and scraped up enough to get by till the end of the month.  But in the forgery of hard times and lack we found love and strength. Also hard times produces empathy, for people in tough places. As a truck driver, I've had the privilege of seeing most of the continental U.S. and every region has some of those people in tough places.

A common problem is people who dont mind working and simply can't due to a sudden disability. Ive have had friends and family impacted by this and the painfully slow process of applying for disability.  People who were homeless, struggling with mental illness and family members who couldn't pay for their medications. It's simply not enough being done try to help this problem. Im not looking for money, simply just trying to build a community to share, and push for something better.  In a nutshell Im just a regular guy who cares. God Bless.
