Hundreds of thousands of people are languishing through anxiety and uncertainty as they wait to see if they will be approved for disability. In the mean time, mortgages are not being paid. Cabinets are bare and meds need to be purchased. After years of honest hard work, the safety net they have helped to build has let them fall through. With little communication from the Social Security Administration, stonewalling and lack of transparency there seems to be a system of delay and deny.
